For those looking to simply dip their toes into these practices, we provide introductory 3-day packages, while those who wish to fully immerse themselves can choose from programs lasting two weeks to 21 days. Depending on individual preferences, guests can opt for yoga retreats, Ayurveda retreats, or nutrition and cooking plans.
