I am Sara D’Errico, and my professional journey began within my family business, dedicated to luxury weddings and events, an experience that has shaped my vision and approach.

From my grandmother, who devoted her life to managing one of Italy’s most exquisite neoclassical villas, I inherited a deep passion for refined styling and floral design. Her innate sense of elegance, beauty, and impeccable etiquette continues to inspire my work today.

Growing up at our family property, Masseria Spina Resort in Monopoli, Puglia, I had the privilege of contributing to the organisation of high-end events while overseeing bespoke hospitality experiences. Those formative years gave me a profound understanding of atmosphere, detail, and guest experience.

After several years of studying and working in London, I returned to Puglia and founded my destination wedding agency in 2016. Today, I design and plan exclusive weddings, curating every aspect from concept to execution, including bespoke floral installations and refined event styling.

My approach blends an international perspective with the authentic soul of Puglia, creating celebrations that are intentional, harmonious, and truly unforgettable.
