All Mariya Un Noun's dishes are whispers of a bygone era, brought back to life by instinct and a heartfelt connection to her roots. Great importance is attached to the selection of ingredients. Restaurant UN's fine dining experience is about bringing the purest flavors from the field and stream straight to your plate. Each menu is as seasonal as it is sustainable, and wherever possible, ingredients are hand-picked from the restaurant's own fields and freshly caught from the restaurant's own aquaculture. This is one of the main advantages of running a restaurant in the middle of a 150-hectare farm.
